2/24 Your programming is just running the show.

How you unintentionally programmed your current habits and beliefs

Here’s something wild: by the time you decide to do something, your unconscious has already made the choice for you.

That morning you hit snooze instead of getting up early?

The afternoon scroll through Instagram instead of finishing the thing you said was important?

Those weren’t really decisions. They were instructions already embedded in your system.

The Invisible Operating System

Most people think they’re making conscious choices all day long.

But over 90% of your daily actions, habits, and reactions are automatic. They're handled by the unconscious—your built-in operating system.

That means your results in life are not shaped by what you want, but by what you’ve installed.

And here’s the kicker: much of that programming wasn’t even your idea.

It came from repetition. Emotionally charged moments. What you saw your parents do. What society reinforced. What your younger self decided was “safe.”

Now those patterns are running quietly in the background, day after day, without question.

You Can’t Out-Hustle Your Unconscious

Let’s say you want to start a business, get fit, write a book, show up more confidently.

But your unconscious is still running on scripts like:

  • “Success isn’t safe.”

  • “I’m not creative enough.”

  • “This always goes wrong.”

  • “Better to wait than fail.”

No matter how hard you try, some part of you will keep pulling the handbrake. Not because it wants to sabotage you, but because it thinks it’s keeping you safe.

This is why willpower fails.

Why motivation crashes.

Why change feels hard.

It’s not you. It’s the autopilot you're still flying on.

Time to Reprogram the System

Here’s the good news: this system is incredibly powerful—and it’s also reprogrammable.

The same way your unconscious absorbed past beliefs through repetition and emotion, it can be rewired to serve you.

But not with logic. Not with “trying harder.”

It starts with awareness. With noticing the old instructions you're still running.

Then comes intentional input: repetition, emotion, vision, experience.

That’s what this whole course is for.

To stop fighting your unconscious and start aligning with it.

Because when your unconscious wants what your conscious mind wants?

You move differently. Things feel natural. You stop pushing. You start creating.

Today’s Practice:

Notice one moment today when your behavior didn’t match your intention.

Ask yourself, “What old instruction might be running here?”

No judgment. Just awareness.

The more you notice, the more power you take back.
